The WeValCo GmbH offers you via its network access to a variety of services including online tools, communication platforms and information. The terms of use contain regulations for the relationship between you as user and WeValCo GmbH as provider of these services. These regulations cover all current and future services including all new features and the websites and platforms on which these services are provided.
There may be more specific terms of use for individual services. These have priority over the general terms of use listed here.
Yes, because we are constantly improving our services. We therefore reserve us the right to revise, remove or supplement services as well as to introduce or abolish restrictions of use. Therefore, we also reserve us the right to change these general terms of use at any time and if necessary without giving reasons. You will always find the current Terms of Use at the bottom of our website under the link Terms of Use. Of course, new terms of use only apply to all actions taken after the publication of the new terms of use.
If we change the terms of use, we will inform you. If new terms of use affect the regulations of current contracts, you will be informed ahead of time about the planned contract changes. You will also be given the opportunity to terminate the contract at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not terminate it during this time, the new terms of use will take effect for you and we will inform you accordingly. If you object within 30 days, the WeValCo GmbH can terminate the contract with effect from the beginning of the new terms of use. Of course, all completed transactions remain unaffected.

Apart from third-party content, the services offered are the work of WeValCo GmbH protected by copyright. You are not allowed to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of this software or service. Exceptions apply only if these are permitted by law, the WeValCo GmbH explicitly permits this or you have a written confirmation from the WeValCo GmbH.
Our services also offer content that does not originate from the WeValCo GmbH (external content). The responsibility for this content lies exclusively with the one who makes it available. The WeValCo GmbH does not adopt these services as its own. The design of the licence for this content is carried out directly by the third party provider or owner, not by the WeValCo GmbH.

They may not be copied or transmitted, unless you have received a written permission from the WeValCo GmbH or these materials are explicitly provided for this purpose.
All documents are provided without warranty. Any liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
Yes, for paid services which are provided on this website, the warranty and liability result from the prior agreements.
For software and other services available free of charge on this website, the warranty is based on § 524 BGB and liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence in accordance with § 521 BGB.
Not all services require an account. When you create an account, all the information you provide during registration must be updated, complete and accurate. You will also need a username and password. You are responsible for keeping both secret and not sharing it with others. If you suspect that someone knows your user name and / or password and has gained or could gain unauthorized access to your account, you are obliged to change your access data and inform WeValCo GmbH immediately about the possible unauthorized access. The WeValCo GmbH is not liable for any damage caused to you or third parties as a result of unauthorized usage of your account with or without your knowledge. It is therefore possible that claims for compensation may be asserted against you arising from the use of your account by a third party. On the other hand, you are also not permitted to use the account of a third party.
You may use the services in their specified manner of use. This also means that you may only access the services via the user interfaces provided by the WeValCo GmbH and in accordance with our specifications. Software based evaluation of the website by programs such as so-called crawlers or scrapers is prohibited. Software based use is only permitted via the interfaces provided for this purpose.
You may only use the services in such a way that you do not violate applicable law or these terms of use. For example, you are not entitled to interfere with the services or to gain unauthorised access to services, information, accounts, computer systems or networks of the WeValCo GmbH. You may also not attack, damage, deactivate, overload or impair WeValCo GmbH servers or restrict third parties in their use. Also, you may not attempt to gain access to information that WeValCo GmbH has not intentionally made available.
We provide a variety of services, including communication services for interaction with other users. You may only use these services to provide content that is legitimate. Legitimate in this context means that you:
does not send any unauthorized surveys or advertising or other unrequested messages of a commercial or non-commercial kind,
does not defame, insult, harass, threaten or otherwise violate any other person’s rights,
does not publish any defamatory, obscene, immoral or illegal information,
publish files or information only if you have all the necessary rights to do so,
does not change or delete references to third party rights,
only uses files or information as the rights of third parties allow,
does not distribute files with harmful content (such as viruses or trojans),
does not prevent others from using the Services,
adhere to any separately existing rules for a communications services,
systematically collect information in ways other than those intended by the WeValCo GmbH,
does not provide false information about your identity in order to damage third parties or the WeValCo GmbH or to use the services in an abusive manner.
If you receive a message which is not legal according to the above mentioned definition, you are not allowed to use its contents and you are further obliged to inform the WeValCo GmbH about this message.
The user who provides the information is responsible for the content of the information provided and not the WeValCo GmbH.
The WeValCo GmbH is not obligated to monitor the communication services, but reserves the right to do so in case of a reported violation of applicable law or the terms of use as well as suspicion of the same and to block, change or delete content for legitimate reasons. If you violate our terms of use, the WeValCo GmbH reserves the right to block or delete not only your content but also your account. You will be informed in advance about the rule violation and its consequences.
Another note: Please be careful when disclosing your own personal data as well as the personal data of your children within communication services.
WeValCo GmbH does not approve the contents of the communication services and excludes any liability with regard to the use of the communication services.
The views and statements of employees of WeValCo GmbH who are not authorized speakers of the WeValCo GmbH do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the WeValCo GmbH.
The services offered by the WeValCo GmbH are for your personal and commercial use. Access to the services offered grants you only the right to use the content, but no ownership rights. As long as no other regulation applies, you are therefore not permitted to change, copy, license or sell information, software, files etc. that you have obtained by using the WeValCo GmbH services or website.
The WeValCo GmbH does not claim ownership of the files or information you have provided. What you provide must be processed by us. Therefore, by submitting data or information, you grant the WeValCo GmbH the right to use it for the provision and further development of our services and contractually agreed services. If you make files or information publicly available, the WeValCo GmbH may also use these files or information. The WeValCo GmbH will not pay any fees for the files or information provided in this way and is also not obliged to use the files or information provided by you.
By publishing files and information you guarantee that you are the owner of all rights for the duration of the publication and therefore also have the right to provide and publish the files or information.
You control who has access to your content and regulate which rights they receive by accessing your content. The WeValCo GmbH is not responsible for this.
